In the event of revocation of Your consent the Company will have the right to discontinue the provision of Services through the Platform, or access to the Platform in whole or part to You. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Panama and India, depending on the location of the data subject and the operations involved.
In cases where disputes involve cross-border elements or multiple jurisdictions, the Parties agree that the governing law and jurisdiction shall be determined based on the primary location of data processing or the location of the affected data subject, as applicable.
