We or the Company does not use or share User’s information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy, or in the relevant parts of the Platform. Please mention “Withdrawal of consent for processing Personal Data” in Your subject line of Your communication. We will verify such requests before acting on Your request. If the User refuses or withdraws his or her consent, or if the User chooses not to provide the Company with any required Personal Data, the Company shall have the option to not provide such User, the services that can be offered on our Platform. In the event of revocation of Your consent the Company will have the right to discontinue the provision of Services through the Platform, or access to the Platform in whole or part to You. The revocation for withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing of any Data or information based on the consent before its withdrawal.

If You are located outside the Singapore/United Arab Emirates/India, You should be aware that Your information will be transferred to and processed in Singapore/United Arab Emirates/India. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Panama and India, depending on the location of the data subject and the operations involved.

 

In cases where disputes involve cross-border elements or multiple jurisdictions, the Parties agree that the governing law and jurisdiction shall be determined based on the primary location of data processing or the location of the affected data subject, as applicable.
